Tony Furtado
Tony Furtado returns to Boulder, his former home, for this etown appearance. Furtado is a one-time Grand National Banjo Champion, who, feeling constrained by the intstrument’s limitations in expresssing his artistic sensibilities, went on to become an equally skillful slide-guitarist and now a full-blown singer/songwriter. Furtado showcases all these skills on his latest release “Bare Bones” a live solo record that satisfies his many fans’ desire for a record that captures the passion of Tony’s live show.
