eTown hits the road and travels to Denver and the Paramount Theatre for this program featuring a diverse group of international musicians who are part of the internet and musical collaboration called 'Playing For Change.' Playing For Change, as a concept, became best known around the world though the over 50 million internet views of the filmed collaborative performances of street musicians from around the world, on well-known songs such as 'Stand By Me' and others. eTown and Playing for Change celebrate together their shared mission to use music as a connecting point for people of different cultures and beliefs. Hosted by Nick & Helen Forster, this broadcast features performances by The Playing For Change band's members include New Orleans based blues singer Grandpa Elliott who has his own mini set in the broadcast. Nick joins in on a tune, as well! There's a special 'in-person' E-Chievement Award presentation and interview with the Playing For Change Foundation founders.
