FAQ

eTown Hall

Parking

eTown Hall does not have its own parking. However, we have several convenient parking options nearby:

Parking Structure at 15th & Pearl:

All City of Boulder parking structures are free on Saturdays and Sundays, too!

Metered Street Parking:

Parking meters are also conveniently located near eTown Hall. Parking in most areas surrounding us is $1.25 per hour, and is enforced from 9am-7pm Mon-Sat. Sundays are free! Please see the BoulderColorado.gov site for more details: https://bouldercolorado.gov/parking-services/street-parking

Whittier Neighborhood Parking:

eTown Hall is in the Whittier Neighborhood, and shares street parking with its residents. As a general rule, anyone may park for up to three hours in the Whittier neighborhood without a permit between 8am and 8pm, Mon- Fri. Enforced hours are extended on Friday and Saturday nights, so please be mindful of all street signs when parking near our venue! BoulderColorado.gov has more information about parking in the Whittier Neighborhood here: https://bouldercolorado.gov/parking-services/street-parking

Please consider the environment and walk, bike, use public transportation, or carpool with friends when visiting eTown Hall!

Accessibility

Guests with limited mobility will find easy and comfortable access to all public spaces in our solar-powered, fully ADA compliant community space.

If you or someone in your party will require accessible seating during your visit to eTown Hall, please call us before the event at (303) 443-8696, ext. 100 to speak with our staff.

eTown Café

A great selection of snacks and drinks may be purchased on-site at the eTown Café. We have a rotating selection of beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic drink options (coffee, tea, lemonade, hot chocolate, carbonated beverages, etc.) We also sell a selection of snack items and small bites for our guests to enjoy.

Food and drink purchased at our Café is welcome in the upstairs event space. Alcohol is prohibited to leave the venue, and outside alcohol is prohibited from entering the venue. Outside food and non-alcoholic drink is permitted, but we asked that you please enjoy them downstairs in the café.

Seating & Capacity

Unless specifically stated on the ticket link, events at eTown Hall are seated, and all seating is first come, first served. Our full capacity is just over 200, so you can expect an excellent view from any seat! If you have a question about the format of the event you are attending (seated vs. standing), please check the ticket link for that event, or give us a call at (303) 443-8696, ext. 100 for more details.

Tickets & Check-In

eTown uses an electronic ticketing system for its events. You will have two options at your time of purchase for ticket delivery:

eTickets: Your tickets will be sent to you via email. You may print these at home and bring them to the venue, or present them at the doors using the Eventbrite app. Our staff will scan the QR code on the digital or printed tickets, and your check-in process will be complete.

Will Call: Your reservation will be stored electronically in our system. There will NOT be a physical ticket for you to pick up from the Box Office—simply stay in line, and provide your first & last name along with ID to the ticketing staff. They will search for your reservation by name, and check you in. It’s that simple!

Age Restrictions & Pricing

eTown Hall is an all ages venue, and rarely hosts events with age restrictions. If an event is age restricted it will be clearly stated on the ticket link before you make your purchase.

Events hosted by eTown at our Hall (eTown Live Radio Show Tapings, Full Concerts, Comedy Nights, Movie Nights, etc.) do not have discounted ticket prices for children, students, or seniors.

Rental events at eTown Hall may have varying ticket prices or age restrictions, so please check the ticket links or give us a call if you have any specific questions.

As a general rule, if your child is old enough to occupy their own seat during a show, you will need to purchase a ticket for that child to enter an event at eTown Hall.

Refunds & Exchanges

eTown does not provide refunds or exchanges for any ticket purchases. Tickets are non-transferrable between events. If you have further questions, please call us at (303) 443-8696, ext. 100.

If you have any further questions please call the Main Office at (303) 443-8696 (ext. 100)
