This week e-town welcomes back a few longtime friends. The exceptionally gifted and unclassifiable singer/songwriter, Michelle Shocked, performs new songs with the e-tones and Sonny Landreth backing her up. From Lafayette, Louisiana Sonny Landreth brings his swampy slide guitar style back to the e-town stage. Sonny shares songs from his recent release, Levee Town (not to be confused with e-town!). Also, host Nick Forster has an inspiring conversation with Paul Loeb, author of “The Soul of a Citizen” about how community involvement is at the core of democracy.
