Making his first etown appearance, Johnny A., from Boston treats us
to great guitar instrumental tunes from his second album “Get Inside.”
Already so critically acclaimed, Johnny was recently honored with his own
signature Gibson guitar. Also visiting etown for the first time is the
sextet Ollabelle. Inspired by the spirit and sound of traditional country
singer, Ola Belle Reed, the six musicians came together in New York’s East
Village in the aftermath of Sept. 11 and have created a sound all their own,
adding a contemporary twist to American roots music, including gospel,
blues, bluegrass, and country music. And, last but not least, an
outstanding e-chievement award winner is spotlighted, right here in etown!
