Daniel K. Guesman

Biography
Mr. Guesman has been involved in the construction industry in a variety of capacities from laborer, carpenter and foreman to project manager. In 1982 he founded CCM Construction Management, Inc. As president of CCM, he has been directly involved with all the projects undertaken by the company. Mr. Guesman’s strengths, enhanced by his past hands on experience, include his ability to plan, organize, and motivate all personnel or groups associated with the con¬struction process to produce a high quality finished product that is completed on time and within budget. Mr. Guesman participates in a number of professional development classes and curriculum conferences regarding building code education.
Mr. Guesman has overseen all projects completed by the firm. He has constructed and renovated hundreds of thousands of square feet of various types of facilities including office buildings, medical, retail, recreational, and industrial projects. Projects include an underground parking garage, banking facilities, liquid nitrogen test chambers, laser eye surgery centers, numerous dental offices, a community center, swim club, baseball fields, and civic organization buildings.
He has completed many multi-family residential projects including apartment buildings, affordable housing, elderly housing, assisted care facilities and single family homes.
Mr. Guesman has also completed a number of historic building renovations.
He has experience with all types of construction including wood frame, light gauge steel frame, and structural steel, poured in place concrete, tilt up concrete, post tension concrete, and structural and veneer masonry.
Mr. Guesman has been employing energy efficient and green building techniques since the founding of the company.
Mr. Guesman received his B.A. from Ohio University in Sociology and Government
