eTown is a nonprofit, nationally syndicated radio broadcast, multimedia and events production company. Our mission is to educate, entertain and inspire a diverse audience through music and conversation in order to create a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable world.
Winners are nominated by our listeners and interviewed on-air about their extraordinary community work. Stories range from feeding the hungry to cleaning up the environment to housing the homeless.
As eTown’s host, Nick nimbly walks the line between musician & radio journalist, playing an array of instruments with world-class musicians then switching gears to engage those artists in conversation live on stage. As co-host, Helen lends her golden-toned voice to both the spoken word & musical portions of the show.
I was impressed not only with the sound quality of the eTown taping but with your sustainable renovation of the building. There’s incredible attention to detail in creating a sustainable building. Shows your commitment to our environment.

JT Nero (Birds of Chicago)
It was fantastic. Ya’ll got a really great thing going here.
The more I travel around and do radio shows, the more I realize how special eTown is, and I can’t say that enough.
