Earth Week Takes Place April 22-27 at eTown Hall
Join us at eTown Hall for Earth Week 2025, a celebration of music and conversation with the environment as a centerpiece. From April 22–27, we’re bringing together world-class artists, thought-provoking discussions and hands-on community experiences — all designed to inspire and connect.
At Earth Week, you will have the chance to celebrate eTown’s ongoing commitment to environmental impact while connecting over fun and timely events.
Earth Week events include:
April 22 – eTown Taping with Trevor Hall & Max Gomez
Trevor Hall is an acclaimed singer-songwriter who specializes in music at the intersection of folk, roots and reggae. Known for his introspective lyrics and spiritually infused storytelling, Trevor’s songs explore themes of love, resilience and personal growth. With music inspired by his travels, Eastern philosophy and a deep connection to nature, Trevor is the perfect artist to celebrate Earth Week with. Also joining Trevor at the Radio Taping will be the terrific songwriter Max Gomez.

April 23 – Environmental Film Night: Water Is Love: Ripples of Regeneration in partnership with The City of Boulder
Water Is Love: Ripples of Regeneration is a documentary exploring the vital relationship between water and human communities. The film highlights the challenges of water scarcity and the innovative, community-driven solutions fostering water sustainability.
This event is free; RSVP required
April 24 – Talk of Our Town: Environmental Discussion
A conversation with eTown host Nick Forster, who will sit down for a talk with Ruth Wright, the “mother of Boulder’s greenbelt” and a lifelong advocate for clean air, water and conservation.
April 25 – eTown Action Day
On Friday of Earth Week, we present an opportunity to collaborate with eTown’s dedicated staff and engaged community members in a meaningful volunteer experience. This hands-on initiative allows participants to contribute their time and skills in support of eTown’s mission, fostering connection, service and making a positive impact in our communities.
April 26 – eTown’s b’Earthday Party with Jake Leg
Jake Leg, a progressive bluegrass band blending tradition with innovation, will bring their award-winning musicianship to eTown’s Earth Day Party on April 26. With their acclaimed debut album Fire on the Prairie and a 2024 IBMA Momentum Band of the Year nomination, the group delivers a fresh, high-energy take on modern bluegrass. There will be plenty of surprises and special guests in a party setting, sparking some real joy during Earth Week.
April 27 – Nick Forster’s Hippy Bluegrass Church – Earth Day Edition
A very special Earth Week edition of the famed Nick Forster’s Hippy Bluegrass Church. Expect Earth-conscious songs and poems that honor connection and the power to bring people together in harmony with the Earth through song.
