Enjoy great music, food and drinks at this wonderful event to help our Boulder-based nonprofit Maji Safi Group improve public health in East Africa. For the second straight year, we will be dancing to fun music by local favorite Espresso! at eTown Hall to raise money for teaching interactive water, sanitation and hygiene education in Tanzania. Between the music and a presentation of Maji Safi Group’s work, there will be entertaining fundraising games and a holiday marketplace with authentic African art and fabrics as well as donated goods from your favorite Boulder businesses. Be part of the fun and help make somebody’s tomorrow healthier!
Espresso!
The Colorado-based band Espresso! will entertain you with interpretations of American swing and Gypsy jazz favorites. Delightfully danceable, this music is infectious. "You owe it to your ears." Espresso! features an abundance of Colorado talent: Bill Pontarelli (clarinet), Jordan Ramsey (mandolin), Emily Reynolds (guitar), and Duane Webster (bass). They have played this music for years and love keeping the tradition of American swing and Gypsy jazz alive. Wear your dancing shoes!
