In July, Boulder will host five other leading Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) cities—Boston, Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland and San Francisco— in a two day working session we are calling the "Roadmap to Energy System Transformation".

The goal of the gathering is to begin developing a shared set of terminology, tools, and strategies with which cities can take an active role in accelerating the development of clean energy systems and economies that bring substantial benefits to local communities.

As part of this convening, the city is hosting an evening event to provide an opportunity for the Boulder community to learn about various strategies other communities are implementing to move quickly towards a renewable energy, low emissions economy and society.

Come to the 6:30 p.m. reception for light snacks and a cash bar. The program will begin at 7 p.m.
