Last week on eTown, we revisited a show featuring Hurray for the Riff Raff in their eTown debut, with Alynda Segarra and guitarist Johnny Wilson performing an acoustic set. Sharing the stage was Peter One, a singer-songwriter originally from Côte d’Ivoire and now based in Nashville. His songs explored journeys, memory and starting again. eTown host Nick Forster also spoke with Emily Cummins and Thomas Hill of the University of Colorado Boulder’s Green Grad Buffs about their proposal to reimagine Denver’s decommissioned Zuni Generating Station, finding new possibilities for a former coal-fired power plant.
