Wildlife educator and master falconer Martin Tyner has rescued and rehabilitated animals for over 50 years. He was named Cedar City Man of the Year, honored by the Utah State Legislature and Utah Senate and recognized by the Cedar City Council for his lifelong contributions to wildlife rescue and education.
