Farm to Table Autumn Cuisine
A Cooking Class at the eTown Kitchen
With Nancy Thompson

Lets explore the colorful harvest of Autumn and create seasonal, delicious food! There is so much bounty this time of year. Cooking what’s available throughout the year will naturally keep us versatile and creative in the kitchen. Autumn is a fantastic time to be in the kitchen and learn new techniques and recipes. After observing the preparation of the dishes we will all dine together. A complimentary wine pairing will also be offered.

Our menu will be based on availability, but might include Exotic Mushroom and Walnut Pate, Cool Chickpea Soup, Chicken Piccata, Braised Autumn Greens, and Maple Walnut Apple Crisp.

These events differ from other cooking classes and demonstrations because of our commitment to organic, farm raised/pastured, local, and gluten free ingredients. Please join us for the first of this incredible series of classes! We will also do our best at every class to accommodate all dietary restrictions, so please feel free to contact our team if you'd like to attend a class and have any specific needs!
