This is a fundraiser. There will be a program update, 2-3 client/volunteer stories, awards, a paddle raiser and possibly a silent auction downstairs. The band will play from 6:30-7:00. The program will go from 7:00-7:45. From 7:45 to 9:30, the band will play with dancing.

Focus Reentry

Focus Reentry mobilizes and trains dedicated volunteers to serve as mentors for men and women incarcerated in the Boulder County Jail before, during, and after their release and reentry into the community. Our mentors, staff, and other volunteers help people stabilize, achieve self-sufficiency, and rebuild their lives during this challenging and critical period. Through a one-year partnership that begins on the inside, our clients are able to make profound changes, and experience the benefit of an advocate who always shows up.

Bluez House

Bluez House, a high-energy band fronted by spectacular gospel singers, features two horn players and a screamin' guitar backed by a first rate rhythm section. Bluez House has sold out club shows, festivals and concerts throughout Colorado. Put on your dancin' shoes and get ready for a joyous romp! "Almost too much fun to call it the blues!"

Clubs have included the Oriental Theater, Nissi's, Oskar Blues, the Outlook, the Toad Tavern and many others. Festivals have included Blues and Brews, Rhythm on the Rails, Boulder Creek Festival, the Greeley Blues Festival, the Fort Collins Music Festival, as well as numerous other blues festivals.

Gabrielle Bryant, M.C.

Gabrielle Bryant is an Emmy Award-winning producer and president of the Colorado Association of Black Journalists. Prior to her most recent gig as a government-focused digital media director, she was a TV host, video producer and freelance journalist. When she's not working, this Denver native is caring for her two daughters Domonique, 12 and NyImah, 9.
