https://vimeo.com/148128345 Connie Breech is the founder and driving force behind an annual effort to make the holidays a bit kinder for low-income families in her home of Asbury Park, New Jersey. Growing up, her mom and dad frequently had the family out volunteering for worthy causes and when Connie moved to Asbury to accept a position as an officer in the police force there, she wanted to continue that tradition. So she started out collecting toys for kids during the holidays. Word quickly spread, others wanted to help and lo and behold, nowadays, under Connie's guidance, the group provides toys as well as much needed winter coats and clothing to those in need. They even have a back-to-school back pack and school supplies drives! They're helping lots of folks and Connie puts in countless hours throughout the year to make this happen!
